Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main AG (RWZ) has decided to implement proaxia VSS 5.0 to sustainably optimize its service and spare parts processes in the agricultural machinery sector. As one of Germany’s largest agricultural trading companies, with 200 locations and over 2,500 employees, RWZ was looking for a solution that combines modern digital workflows with the user-friendliness of a small business.
The integration of VSS 5.0 into SAP S/4HANA enables end-to-end service processes—from order creation to billing. At the same time, data is processed in real time, interfaces to manufacturer portals are utilized, and mobile applications are integrated.
As a result, RWZ increases its efficiency, reduces complexity, and creates a future-proof platform for growth and customer satisfaction.
