Belimed digitalizes global service — standardized, integrated, and consistently focused on quality
As a provider of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization solutions for medical facilities, Belimed stands for the highest standards of safety, traceability, and efficiency. To consistently uphold these standards in its global service operations, Belimed implemented SAP Field Service Management together with proaxia.
The goal was to replace grown processes and disparate systems with a unified, future-ready platform. Today, more than 350 technicians in Europe, the USA, and Asia use a mobile solution that seamlessly covers every step from service execution to invoicing — including materials logistics and offline-capable service reporting.
The project shows that for Belimed, digitalization means not only efficiency but above all clear structures, transparency, and the ability to meet the highest regulatory requirements — worldwide.
We have a relatively complex service process. It was clear that we needed a reliable partner with deep expertise in service processes and SAP systems. proaxia developed the SAP FSM Cloud Connector. I believe there is currently no other partner with deeper insight into integrating the SAP Service Cloud with the SAP ERP suites.
