Mobile service at WOLFFKRAN – flexible, cloud-based, and directly connected to SAP
As an internationally leading manufacturer and lessor of tower cranes, WOLFFKRAN has consistently digitalized its service processes. Together with proaxia, the company implemented a mobile solution based on coresuite mobile, directly connected to the SAP ECC system — fully cloud-based and offline-capable.
Today, service orders are digitally transmitted to the iPhones of fitters and electrical technicians. Services, spare parts, and feedback are recorded directly on-site and automatically synchronized with SAP — even when the internet connection is temporarily unavailable.
The result: significantly shorter lead times until billing, up-to-date deployment overviews for dispatchers at any time, and a strong boost for the digitalization of further SAP processes within the company.
This cost-effective and innovative solution has convinced all stakeholders from the very beginning and marks our first step toward mobilizing and accelerating further SAP ECC processes.
