The aim of this free web session is to give you an overview of the new functions provided with Service Pack 4 for the S4PACG 400 add-on and with Support Pack 21 for the FSA Cloud Connector (S4)PACG 200 for ECC and S/4 integration scenarios.

What can you expect?

  • Inbound Advanced Execution Orders – FSA service operations can now create fully integrated and billable Advanced Execution Service Orders.
  • Non-Stock Service Consumption – Technicians can record external services in FSA and the costs are automatically posted in SAP.
  • Equipment Dismantling – Technicians can trigger the dismantling of equipment directly via the FSA Mobile App.
  • Selective Component Transfer – Only relevant components of the service order are transferred to FSA, simplifying the user experience for technicians.

  • Precise Activity Triggering for Phase Based Service Orders – The connector can now evaluate order phases and sub-phases so that activities are generated in FSA at exactly the right time in the maintenance lifecycle.
