With the implementation of SAP Sales Cloud, a central CRM system for four companies was established in just nine months. The solution provides a unified view of all customer interactions, is fully integrated with SAP ECC, and can also be used offline on mobile devices.
This enables Weiss Technik to establish the foundation for more efficient sales processes, consistent data, and sales-driven digitalization that delivers real added value for both customers and employees.
