To replace an application that had evolved over more than 20 years, a new field service architecture was implemented based on SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and SAP S\/4HANA.<\/p>\n<p>This presentation provides insights into the architecture, implementation approach, and lessons learned from introducing a globally scalable platform for planning, dispatching, and mobile inspections.
