From SAP CS Compatibility Mode to SAP S/4HANA Service — Proactive Rather Than Under Time Pressure

Many companies in machinery and plant engineering already run on SAP S/4HANA — yet their customer service still operates on classic SAP CS. What’s often overlooked: CS runs there only under Compatibility Scope, with a time-limited usage right. Designed as a bridge, not a destination — and one with a fixed expiration date.

In this webinar, proaxia provides a clear breakdown of the deadline landscape and outlines the path to SAP S/4HANA Service — from your individual starting point to a phased implementation plan. Because the switch is more opportunity than obligation: since the 2023 release, S/4HANA Service covers all core CS functions and delivers what CS never could.
