SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is SAP’s central platform for intelligently managing field service operations, reducing costs, and sustainably improving service quality — from planning to service order feedback.
With AI-supported scheduling, technicians with the right qualifications are automatically and optimally assigned, lowering costs and increasing service quality. Through the mobile FSM app for Windows, iOS, and Android, all relevant job information, smart forms, and feedback options are available even without an active internet connection — ensuring smooth operations directly at the customer site.
Real-time information on status, time, and materials increases transparency across all service processes and enables informed decision-making. Features such as long-term planning and crowd service (external resources) expand operational flexibility and geographic reach. Thanks to open interfaces and flexible customization options, FSM integrates seamlessly into existing SAP landscapes and can be tailored to specific business requirements.
