Implementation of proaxia VSS
AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG decided to implement proaxia VSS in order to consistently standardize its aftersales processes and future-proof its operations. As the largest automotive retail company in Switzerland, with a nationwide presence and several thousand employees, AMAG required a solution that leverages proven SAP DBM processes while creating a foundation for innovation and digital services.
With proaxia VSS on SAP S/4HANA, a modern platform was implemented that enables seamless end-to-end aftersales processes – from customer interaction to billing. Integration into the digital system landscape, including a customer portal, as well as the use of real-time data, ensure greater transparency, efficiency, and an improved customer experience.
This enables AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG to establish a scalable, innovation-ready foundation for sustainable growth, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen customer loyalty across the entire customer journey.
