Skills matrix

Based on a comprehensive skills matrix, we have a clear definition of career levels. During the semi-annual meetings between employee and coach, development areas are identified and measures for further growth are defined. The classification within a career level is continuously reviewed and adjusted.

Our compensation model and additional benefits

In addition to an attractive base salary, proaxia offers a performance-based variable compensation. The amount of this compensation is determined by the individual’s contribution to the company’s success.
In addition to individual billed revenues, successful acquisitions are also taken into account.

Our development and training opportunities

We challenge and support employees both in their daily project work and through targeted training programs. Innovative projects, the proaxia University (in cooperation with the University of Lausanne), a strong focus on methodological approaches, and continuous dialogue with experienced colleagues and senior management are the key elements for advancing employee development.

In addition, external training programs and the SAP Learning Hub are used for technical development to ensure knowledge is always kept up to date.
