Chief Financial Officer

Bernd Spreter studied Business Administration at the Academy of Administration and Business in Stuttgart. He held various senior finance positions at Siemens IT Solutions before becoming CFO of the national subsidiary in Romania in 2009. In 2012, he joined IT service provider Atos in Switzerland, where he most recently served as CFO of a business unit covering 12 countries, leading the Central European operations.

With more than 20 years of international experience in finance and his specializations in human resources and legal affairs, he is a valuable partner for his team, business partners, and customers.

COO Automotive and Heavy Equipment

For more than 25 years, Rainer Lenk has worked as a consultant in Professional Services and has successfully led and overseen numerous complex projects for distributors and retail organizations in the automotive and heavy equipment industries.

In addition, the SAP S/4HANA-based standard software products from proaxia for automotive and heavy equipment dealers have been under his responsibility for more than 10 years.

His in-depth industry knowledge, combined with his strong interpersonal skills, makes him a highly valued point of contact for our customers.

COO Seamless Service

Sebastian Behne began his career at proaxia in 2011 as a consultant. Over the years, he established himself as a senior expert for end-to-end service solutions and eventually became Head of Seamless Service Consulting. With more than 20 years of professional experience in national and international SAP consulting and development, 11 years of SAP FSM project experience, and as co-product owner of the SAP FSM Cloud Connector, he brings extensive expertise in this field.

CTO, Head of Business Technology and Product Development

Dr. Marcin Granowicz has been continuously active in system integration and software development since 1986. His experience ranges from leading international teams of over 100 employees to serving as a board member of a software development center.

With expertise gained from several hundred software and integration projects, his international background, and strong interpersonal skills, he is a highly valuable partner for customers, business partners, and colleagues.

Head of Delivery Seamless Service

Rainer Soehlemann is responsible for Management Consulting at proaxia. In addition to CIO services, his passion lies in service processes. His many years of international project experience and his hands-on leadership in driving business and IT transformation make him a trusted partner for our clients.

His core competencies include business transformation, business innovation through IT, IT strategy, business alignment of IT, and enterprise architecture. A graduate in Business Administration, Rainer Soehlemann has more than 20 years of experience in senior positions in international management consulting.

With more than 35 years of experience in the consulting industry in various executive positions across Asia (with a focus on China and Japan), Yoshihiko Maeda is now establishing and further developing proaxia’s business in Asia.

He has worked for leading IT and consulting providers, building an excellent network along the way. His connections, combined with his proven expertise in setting up successful subsidiaries in Asia, are highly valuable for our customers as well as for the entire group.

With more than 20 years of experience and outstanding expertise, Jan Pedras is one of the leading software and development architects. He has successfully managed projects in over ten countries across multiple time zones.

Our customers particularly value him as a key contact for development challenges in international rollouts or roll-ins. He is responsible for further expanding our Automotive International team and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale customer projects. Jan Pedras is based at our Singapore office.

With nearly 20 years in the IT/SAP industry, more than 12 SAP ERP implementations/rollouts, and numerous other projects across various industries in Europe, North America, and Asia, Sascha combines exceptional leadership, people skills, and customer focus.
