To replace an application that had evolved over more than 20 years\, a new field service architecture was implemented based on SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and SAP S/4HANA. \nThis presentation provides insights into the architecture\, implementation approach\, and lessons learned from introducing a globally scalable platform for planning\, dispatching\, and mobile inspections.
